Accuracy.pl (GunSpot.pl) respects and observes the Users' right to privacy. Below you will find important information for Users on how data on Users of GunSpot.pl website (the Website) are collected, processed and used and how GunSpot.pl ensures protection of personal data of the Users by using appropriate technological solutions.
Processing of personal data of gunspot.pl website users
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Personal data of Users are collected, stored and used by GunSpot.pl with the consent of the data subjects, in accordance with the law and with due procedures and in a manner that guarantees their safety. GunSpot.pl may use personal data only for the purpose of providing proper customer service to Users, for the purpose of providing Services, handling complaints, withdrawing from the agreement to provide Services and communicating with the Users who have made a complaint or made a declaration on withdrawing from the agreement to provide Services.
The right to access, correct and delete personal data

GunSpot.pl does not transfer (does not sell and does not lend in any way) collected Users' personal data to third parties. The data that GunSpot.pl can disclose to its cooperating entities are general statistical data which do not allow them to identify individual Users. For technical reasons GunSpot.pl can entrust data processing, according to art. 28 of GDPR, to another entity on the basis of a contract or other legal instrument without changing the abovementioned purpose of data processing.
Protection of processed personal data
The collection of acquired personal data is treated as a database with a high level of security, stored on a server secured both against remote (IT) and physical access. GunSpot.pl has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate for the risk of violation of the Users' rights and freedoms. In addition, all persons processing personal data of the Users for the purposes related to the Website have the relevant authorisations issued by the personal data controller in accordance with Article 29 of the GDPR.

The data controller does not transfer (does not sell and does not lend in any way) collected Users' personal data to third parties without a legal basis. The data that the controller can disclose to its cooperating entities are general statistical data which do not allow them to identify individual Users. For technical reasons, the Controller may entrust data processing to another entity on the basis of a contract concluded in writing without changing the aforementioned purpose of data processing, in particular, the controller may successively, during the inflow of data, disclose electronic mail addresses, provided when opting in for the “Newsletter”, in order to facilitate transmission of messages as part of the “Newsletter” service.

We also collect information from system logs (e.g. IP address). They are used for technical purposes related to the administration of our servers. IP addresses are also used to collect general statistical demographic information about Website visitors.
